Charlotte Roskill Catering expands into Unit 14 Ffrwdgrech Industrial Estate, Brecon LD3 8LA

Having worked from home for a large proportion of my career, it was only a matter of time before I found Unit 14, at the right time of year (ie in the winter when we are not quite so busy) and were able to strip the commercial kitchen out of my home and rebuild it, with the wash up for Purple Parsnip Plate Hire, which I launched April 2011.

This means I am now able to offer hire of crockery, cutlery and glassware, all delivered clean and taken away dirty, which is then washed up using our Hobart pass through dishwasher system and packed into stacking boxes ready for hire.

It was a life changing decision and one based on quality of life versus work. I now go to work and come home at night. I still have an office at home and do tastings at home but find it much easier to separate work and home life. I have a beautiful domestic kitchen for the first time in 12 years, with kitchen table and chairs, allowing us to enjoy our home even more!

Here are 4 examples of quite different events Charlotte has catered for, where she has hired her own photograher to capture the team in action. More events will be added later this year.
