Date of event and what was the occasion:August 26 Daughter's wedding From your initial contact, were you pleased with the manner with which your enquiry was dealt with?Yes, completely satisfied, particularly with the way queries and our worries were handled.
Was the information sent well presented and informative? Yes, totally.
Were the waiting staff polite? Yes , very and unobtrusive.
Were the waiting staff well presented? Yes , very.
Were the waiting staff helpful? Yes , very.
Was the timing of the event as you expected? If not please explain why. Timing was more or less as expected and Charlotte coped very well with the delays caused by guests arriving late, speeches, singing! Etc.
Was the food to the standard you expected? We were all very pleased and judging from what we have heard, so were all the guests.
Was the food presented well? Magnificently and imaginatively, and without fuss.
Were you happy with the quality of the crockery, cutlery, glassware and table linen? Yes, again everything to high standard.
Would you use our services again and recommend us to your family and friends? Yes but we don't have another daughter to marry off! However if we can find an excuse........................
If there are ways that you think we could improve the level of service, please do offer constructive criticism! No criticism at all.We wanted an informal occasion befitting a service in a country church , a reception in a tent behind the barn and dinner in a marquee on the lawn in front of the house. We had 200 guests in the afternoon and 150 in the evening of whom 50 or so were French. In short we wanted a country celebration.Everything went well and to plan.Organising a wedding for the first time can be quite intimidating but the help we received before and the service we received on the day were exactly what we wanted and made the whole day perfect.

Charlotte, we think you are wonderful - Can't imagine how you managed such a perfect wedding party, with a hugeand imaginative menu, incredible timing and such a happy, relaxed, confident atmosphere .
love Margaret
You helped make it such a success.Everyone thought the canapes and the meal were fantastic. And I hope the proceedings didn't go on so long that you and your staff were too shattered.Certainly sitting down at 7.30 for dinner and still be being served after midnight made for a memorable evening for which we can all blame the French!
You have good staff - obviously appointed carefully and trained diligently!Margaret recognised some of them from the various schools in which she has taught.
We have a variety of glasses which I am not sure I recognise. Are you in tomorrow because I will be passing with some of them to start filling in the gaps.
Once again many thanks. And do you want to meet to write an encomium for the web site?
Michael
