Are we VAT registered?
Yes we are.

Do we charge corkage?
No AND we offer and chilling service if you hire the refrigerated trailer, anything that needs chilling can go on the floor of the trailer, so no more buckets of ice and water and labels falling off.

Can you provide your own wines, beer and champagne?
Yes do. We don’t’ charge corkage.

Can we supply a licenced bar facility?
Yes we can provide a fully licenced bar, with staff, glasses etc. If you would like us to supply a particular beer or ale we will do our best to do so. As well as main stream beers we use a couple of local breweries.

Can we supply wines, beers and champagne?
Yes we can on sale or return basis. We don’t have a wine list, we ask what origin and price you would like to pay per bottle and source samples accordingly, for you to taste.

Do we do food tastings?
Yes we do. Once you have settled on your first menu, come for a full tasting, which will allow you to change anything if you wish. A charge per head is made for however many of you are eating.

How far a field do we travel?
All over the UK. Depending on the event and distance sometimes we need over night accommodation.

What is the maximum number of guests we can cater for?
We can cater for weddings, parties and events up to 250 guests.

Do we use agency staff?
NO we don’t. We have a team of reliable, friendly and experienced staff, some of whom have worked for the company for 15 years! 

Do the waiting staff wear uniforms?
Normally they wear black blouse with or without a white waistcoat and black apron. If you would prefer they wear civis that’s fine.
