Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware

All crockery, cutlery and glassware is delivered clean and
taken away dirty. The crockery is completely plain white and
the stainless steel cutlery in Dubarry pattern. We can provide
glasses for champagne (flutes), red and white wine, water,
beer and port, as well as salt and pepper mills, butter and
vegetable dishes, water jugs and basically anything else
needed to set the table.

Table linen

Table linen is available in all sorts of shapes and sizes,
and napkins, in every colour of the rainbow, with many in
between, the most popular are white and ivory. Delivered
clean the week before the event and taken away the
following week, dirty!

Waiting staff

I have a bank of loyal, devoted, local staff who provide
excellent, discreet, polite, happy, smiley service,
whatever the occasion. We currently have a uniform of
black shirts and aprons, and ivory waistcoats with the
company logo on the breast pocket. If, however you would
prefer the staff to wear civilian clothing, they will happily oblige.

Portable refrigeration

The refrigerated trailer, which is towed behind the car,
requires 5kw of power from a 3 pin plug, and serves
dual purpose; carrying food from A to B and chilling
any drinks for the event.

Heavy goods

We can provide gas gookers and hot cupboards
. Electric water boilers and coffee perculator.
Temporary gas burners. Gas barbaques.
Plate stacking system, useful for confined areas.
