About me

I started catering in 1988, and since then have been cooking in many different locations all over the country. I have catered for a wide variety of events including weddings, lunches, dinners, canapé parties, buffets and even car rallies. These events have varied in size from 2 to 1500 guests.

My brochure offers an extensive range of menu suggestions, which are constantly changing as I find new and interesting recipes that I think you may enjoy. It is impossible to include every combination, but this allows you the freedom to compile a menu to suit your individual requirements, may be including ideas of your own or old family favourites. If there's something you would particularly like please do not hesitate to call as I am sure I will be able to make it for you.

If you want to hold a party, but are too busy to prepare it, why not let me take care of everything for you. I can either come in person, with waiting staff if appropriate or I offer a "Preparation and Delivery" service, which means that I will prepare the entire meal, even down to peeling the vegetables and deliver it, for you to serve and pretend you did it yourself, should you choose! A cheese board is a great way to end any meal and I can obtain most cheeses, in particular some of the best cheeses from Wales including: Y Fenni, St Illytd, Llanboidy, St Davids, Farmhouse Caerphilly, Penbont, to name but a few.

I also offer a "Freezer Filling" service in which I can prepare meals for any number of people, which could help you cater for those unexpected guests or simply for when life is too hectic. Look out for the F symbol for those dishes which do freeze.

If you want to host a larger event I can include the hiring of crockery, cutlery and glasses, all of which go back dirty, portable refrigeration, which is very useful for keeping large amounts of food refrigerated in transit and on site, and for chilling your wines, champagnes and other drinks (no more problems with buckets of water and ice and labels falling off).

April to September and Christmas are my busiest times, so if you were thinking of holding a party, then please give me a ring as soon as possible so that I can pencil you in my diary until you can confirm your plans.
